I also live in an area that occasionally suffers from the smell of burned aviation fuel and can identify with feeling nauseous. I don't think there is much you can do about it except keep your windows shut and don't go outside when it is bad which is often far from practical. But if it is seriously affecting your health and your quality of life on a long-term basis and without in any way being flippant you may have to consider moving.
If you haven't already, it may be worth investing in an indoor air purifier. I borrowed an air monitor from work because my neighbour's log burner smoke blows directly into my garden and makes my house stink of smoke, and the monitor confirmed my indoor air quality was affected. I use a £70 air purifier with HEPA filter I bought on Amazon and it gets my air quality down to ideal! It also helps get rid of food smells, and provides a light, ambient white noise effect. I hope this helps!
