Pressure/vice like pain

hi all,

I’ve been in a£e twice over the past 2 weeks. I get palpating and runs of SVT. However, I have been having these sudden ones of m, I can only describe it as, a hesitation in time, then a warm/hot feeling coming upwards, then tge heart beats really fast, bp goes up to around 174/97 and I have thus nice like pressure.

However my ecg on alivecor shows normal sinus rhythm (- although does not look normal to me! It’s all over the place)

When in A&E the troponin blood test was normal , they didn’t take it when I went in 2’weeks later.

the 2nd time they said we will ask for a 24 hour monitor to ‘catch’ the episode - said nothing about the pain?

the pain is not excruciating but it’s concerning and does feel as though it restricts the lungs.

Also when the episode is ongoing I feel enormous pressure in my neck - I have told the cardiac clinic this on numerous occasions but they never make any comment about it.

As I’m lying here now the tightness is still there and it does hurt to breath in - ah the warmness all down my arms is coming - then it goes off

any advice?

Thanks
