Hi Community, after a cardiac event nearly 10 years ago, I still get pain in my upper back and wondering if this is normal.

pain in upper back could be a lot of things - tummy troubles, compression in your spine just to name two things that spring to mind.

if you are concerned then a doctor’s opinion could be a good idea.

+1 on consulting your GP.

Healthy eating plays a crucial role in overall health, and it can even support specific conditions like tinnitus. A well-balanced diet rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals can help reduce inflammation and improve circulation, which may alleviate symptoms of tinnitus. Foods like leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids can provide the nutrients needed for optimal ear health. Along with maintaining a nutritious diet, it's essential to explore various tinnitus treatment options to find the most effective solution for your needs. Remember, a healthy diet can enhance your overall well-being and support your journey toward managing tinnitus more effectively.
