Causes of high ejection fraction?

My stress MRI showed an ejection fraction of 76%. This seems to be higher than the normal range. Does anyone know what could cause this, other than HCM?

I’m worried as I have ongoing chest pain on exertion and at rest plus shortness of breath, but the MRI had normal findings so I have no answers as to what’s causing my symptoms.

I had the MRI 3 days ago and my chest/heart really ached straight after the stress element and the aching is still there now.
