Just got a call from the warfarin clinic: my INR was 2.5, following a 2.7 last week. That's two weeks in a row in therapeutic range!
One more week in range and I get to go to two weeks between bloods. 🎉
(It's taken 6 weeks to get here as I'm very sensitive to warfarin. Looks like my long-term dosage will be 2-2-2-2-1 or 2-2-2-2-2-1.)

great news it’s a lifesaver, I cannot tolerate the new blood thinners so I have my own Coagucheck machine and self monitor, benn on warfarin since 2016
