Trifascicular Block ,rbbb
I have trifisacular block and have a dual chamber pacemaker. I do suffer with back pain but I don’t believe it’s anything to do with my heart conditions.
Blocks generally are an interruption of nerve signals to the heart which alters how it beats. Depending on which ones are blocked as to the effect it will have but the shoulder/back pain is concerning and could indicate a deterioration leading to an infarction (heart attack) that is often associated with a blood vessel block. You understand we all react differently to events like this so it is not intended to scare you there are another half dozen things it could be but I would go to the DR and get it checked out .... ASAP. If the surgery wont see you go to A&E you have nothing top lose and everything to gain.
