Hi, it's been 2 weeks since I underwent a CRT PM surgery upgrade from having a 2 lead PM, due to LVSD and heart failure, I had the 2 lead PM fitted two years ago after pace and ablate.I take Apixabam, bisoprolol, dapagliflozin and ramipril.Just coughed to clear my throat and notice a few bright red spots in the tissue, I don't feel feverish but since surgery I still feel weak and tired, no energy, still struggle upon exertion and have niggling chest pains / discomfort, also in permanent AF which I feel most of the time and have really bad episodes, I have an appetite but always feel bloated and nauseous after eating.

should I be concerned enough to ring the doctor?

I suggest you talk to the BHF Helpline nurse or give 111 a ring.

In your situation I would ring my GP. Apixaban can cause internal bleeding, so it would be wise to get it checked out.
