Been told by doctor that there was significant changes with heart but when I ask what they are he just says oh just significant changes I've asked same question over and over to different doctors but get no where. Has anyone had same experience? 🤔

If you have been examined by a hospital cardiologist there should be a letter back to your GP which has a summary of the results, although within it there will be medical terminology which you may not understand. You should have received a copy of this (as I do after hospital consultations) . If you have not then either access it online via the NHS app, or ask the cardiology dept. for a copy, or go to your GP surgery and ask for a copy. It is my understanding that it is your legal right to be able to access your own medical record information such as this, so you should not be refused. If they do complain. And a formal complaint to the GP surgery may also be necessary if it it only a string of GPs you have seen, and they have not adequately explained what is wrong with you, on the basis that it is affecting your mental state, and professionally they are not doing their job properly.
Those letters to one's GP are certainly useful and give one a chance to absorb the details at leisure (perhaps with the CAREFUL use of Dr Google), rather than trying to keep up with what a medical person is telling you. I've had just two brief telephone appointments with an haematologist about anaemia linked to my new heart valve, and got distracted by one point he was making to the extent that I never got around to asking all my prepared questions.
Subsequently he did leave a brief message on my phone, which I had to listen to several times. He's Asian, and a friend of Asian heritage overheard the message and said that she had trouble understanding it.
Get a referral to see a cardiologist as soon as possible. As they will run all the tests you need and sort out any treatment you need.
That really is appalling. These 'significant changes' MUST be explained to you and anything you can do to prevent further problems or treat current ones must also be explained. It's not as if you are aged 95. As Lowerfield_no_more said, ensure you obtain copies of all reports including any echocardiogram or angiogram, check with this site, and demand to have them explained to you or a referral to a cardiologist. The NHS is a disaster.
that is not an acceptable response and you have a right to a clear answer - it is your heart in your body, you are an important part of your health care team and deserve to be treated as such
could you make another appointment and have someone with you for moral support? I also suggest that you read up on self advocacy to improve your skills in getting yourself heard and getting answers, try advocacyfocus.org.uk
I would find the report on the NHS app then phone the BHF nurses to explain it to you. You must also be more insistent with your GP and demand that he tells you. Otherwise write to the practice manager with a complaint.
We can only assume that something happened to you that caused this reaction in the first place...If you have been to the hospital already then your information will be in the proverbial pipeline (looked at by the specialists)! Sooner or later you will be called back for further examination/s, tests. Once they have reached a conclusion medications will be prescribed.
Hospitals don't rush into things without proper reason. Meanwhile if you have any problems get back to your GP right away.
