I can’t begin to thank all you wonderful people for all your caring and supportive messages. Quick update don’t want to keep pestering you all.

My husband has had all drains removed and will be moved out of ICU in the morning. I am so relieved.

Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart. You are all very special people.

Wow! That’s fantastic news! He’s doing so well - that’s amazing! My drains didn’t come out that quickly. He’ll be back trotting around the ward before you know it! There was another member on here having her op at 8.00am this morning. Been thinking about her today. Hope she has a speedy recovery too. 🤞🏻

So glad your Hubby is on the mend. Keep us posted. ❤️‍🩹

Thank you. I’m so relieved. I’ll sleep tonight. Yes I hope all has gone well for her. I’ve been thinking of her and her family. I did send her a message but not sure if she saw it but I’ll keep her in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you once again. X

Hello :-)

This is great news as someone has already said they will be having him walking up and down the ward before you know it and then a flight of stairs and once he can do that it will not be long before he is recovering at home with you :-)

So glad you feel you can now get a good nights sleep you need to look after you to now as you are just as important

Will look out for your updates how you both are getting on :-) x

great news. Having them out makes a considerable difference to pain and comfort levels as well as mobility.

It’s a positive step forward and another milestone ticked off.
