(I haven't needed to use it and neither has my husband who does take a statin and ezetimibe.) I presume you are aware that Zetia is ezetimibe and Nexlizit or Nexletol are ezetimibe PLUS bempedoic acid? So by taking one of these you are continuing the effect of the ezetimibe and adding further to your protection by reducing the production of (LDL) cholesterol? And that you may or may not also be taking a statin? There is information on Nexlizit/ Nexletol on reputable medical and pharmaceutical web sites. Hope it helps and you aren't having worrisome side effects

Thanks for your reply. I am aware. I haven’t been prescribed yet. Taking a statin and Zetia. Increasing both.
