My son has recently been diagnosed with DCM and I came across some info suggesting first degree relatives should be referred to a specialist clinic to be checked out. The BHF apparently will provide a letter to your GP to support this referral. How does this work. Will there be a fee for the letter? Is it strictly necessary to get one?
