Not sure how long you have been having the AF bouts or what dose you are on ….. but is your medication at the right level? Worth seeking medical advice about this. Also watching caffeine, chocolate and alcohol in take as well is beneficial.
I have paroxysmal AF as well I recently went back to my consultant and he put me on flecainide as well as low dose bisoprolol.It's worked for me but might not be right for you have a chat with your consultant about your options firstlly.Good luck.
