Just had a letter from dvla demanding I provide medical details concerning "another medical condition that makes the lifting and carrying of bags impossible". Anyone else had this?
Dunno how they found out about my angina (I reported glaucoma to them recently). Also why would bag lifting and carrying affect my ability to drive? Website says angina is not a notifiable condition... all seems slightly odd.

I have angina but it’s due to congenital heart defect so reportable according to DVLA. I’m not entirely sure it’s a blanket “got angina don’t need to report” from my experience.
Maybe if you don’t have the strength and mobility in your arms / upper body they then think how can you control a car???
Best Call the DVLA, get them to explain. Interesting to know how they found out though if you didn’t tell them.
