There are certain precautions. Instructions and warnings from the manufacturer of the pacemaker and the headphones should have recommendations for you.
I hope there is no problem as I have been using them for a few months. I do keep them well away from the pm when switched on, as I do with my mobile phone.
Best to check with your cardio department. Now the subject has come up, I will do the same.
