Hello again, first of all thank you to everyone who replied yesterday and this morning. Some great advice and tips given and I will take them forward.
I did manage to speak to a cardiac nurse yesterday evening following my ph4 class and she reassured me that this can be a normal feeling when getting up and down too quickly. My meds allow me to keep my blood pressure under control and if I’m up and down then this will be the BP decreasing that bit more. It’s likely that the heat has also played a part and she said it’s very common. Because I get it just when gardening, getting up and down, she had no concerns. I asked if she thought l needed an ECG and she said no, the GP surgeries would be full if people turned up for an ECG everytime they felt dizzy.
Obviously if I get it more frequently (apart from gardening) then I can speak to the GP but nothing to be alarmed about, keep hydrated and don’t get up as quick - basically what a lot of you suggested on your replies so thank you so much. Take care everyone, best wishes ❤️🧚🏼♀️

I had a feeling it was nothing unusual but of course we are not Doctors so it is always best to get a professional opinion and so glad you did and everything seems fine and this is quite normal
That must have given you peace of mind hearing that and maybe an excuse not to garden if you do not enjoy it much ?
Thanks BeKind - yeah I’m okay after speaking to the nurse. I hate weeding but needs must! Great excuse though to get hubby to do it instead 🤣! Enjoy your evening ❤️🧚🏼♀️
