I have been given a copper bracelet that has magnets in it will it be alright to wear on my right arm?

if you haven’t got a pacemaker then I guess it will be okay. There’s not much information in your post regarding why you think it may be an issue. Possibly better to ask your gp as they will know what medical conditions you have.

That goes for ICDs as well.

Keep it away from any electrical device at least150mm 6”
