I was diagnosed with AF in 2017 and was prescribed Apixaban/Sotalol/Rosuvastatin; I was already taking Bendroflumethiazide. For the last 7 years I have had yearly health checks at the GP's, bloods, blood pressure and weight. My questions are - have I still got AF, do I need to be re-tested? It seems an awfully long time to be taking these drugs without further testin.

AF retest
I would have thought you'd have regular check ups but these days all gone to pot, your gp should be able to tell or get you an ecg!
I’ve had permanent AF since 2011, I’m also on these medications what you mentioned.
Check your pulse rate, that should tell you if it’s erratic you still have AF, or go to GP to confirm it, I live with it and have no problems up to now.
Good luck
I’ve had AF since 2007 I was told AF is lifelong I was taking Sotalol ,warfarin and Bendroflumizide and a few other drugs for other medical problems ,I too have been having yearly health checks I collapsed Nov 2023 and attended Hospital where they immediately stopped some meds as they said it was over medication that had caused my low blood pressure and collapse and I was told to see my GP immediately to have a full check on my Medications ,a new Dr to me stopped Bendroflumide stopped Warfain and put me on Abixaban ,Stopped Sotalol and put me on minimum dose of Bisoprolol, stopped two other drugs I had been taking for 17 yrs and nother on my records recorded why I was taking them ,I must say I feel much better now ,
I have been on Apixiban for 2 years for AF, no check ups since and was told I would be on it for life, also Rosuvastatin and Atenolol and Ramipril, but I am 85.
