I just want to thank everyone for their advice regarding travel abroad. Needless to stay I'm not moving from this country till I know what's wrong with my old body! It has been a real learning curve for me trying to understand what can happen as you age.

Why not either go to somewhere you are familiar with in this country or try somewhere "exotic." Plenty of islands including the Channel Isles, IO Man, Scillies and the IO Wight which has the advantage that it is a short ferry journey so you can take the car.
