Yes, I take one capsule of Q10 a day for knee joint pain. IMO, and I’m not a doctor, you are better to have your statin changed by your GP or cardiologist if you have cramps than to take something else of your own volition. I have suffered leg cramps off and on over the many years I’ve been on statins, especially when the dose has been increased. But it’s settled down after a few weeks. After my HA I was on 80mg Atorvastatin but I’m now down to 40mg since going onto Entrestro.
I’ve not read of anyone who takes Q10 for muscle pains, but that’s just my own experience.
Hello, am taking CoQ10 but for mitochondria function/interaction. Not read any link with muscle cramps before!
Q10 makes my arrhythmia worse. Gutted, I hear a lot of good things about it.
Ask your doctor, I did and he said its ok to take with my meds....check with them first
