I had a successful TAVI procedure on 28th May this year and was discharged from hospital the following day with a paper bag containing medication but no information about how to aid recovery, how long before I could drive or lift any weight or what that weight limit might be. I live on my own with no family support so some light lifting is essential or I can't eat.
Should the hospital have provided me with at least a leaflet about recovery?
