First thing is congrats for walking to and fro work. That’s a good positive towards better health.
When stenosis got close to needing surgery, I stumbled forward. A very strange stumble, going forwards not backwards. I had to hang on to a telegraph pole to stop falling over. It was my body giving out serious warnings.
In my case the aortic valve was failing due to stenosis.
I had exactly this issue before my surgery. Couldn’t do the ten minute walk in a morning, come 10am had no issues. I did ask whether my medication could be impacting this but was told not. I’m currently off work post op so don’t know if I will still have the issue. Also, was very breathless when walking up stairs in a morning but fine in an afternoon. That is definitely not the same now.
