Hello! Is there anybody else who has the same feelings about living alone with ventricular ectopic beats and tachycardia. I am afraid, anxious and I feel unsafe living alone. Your opinion and advice will be greatly appreciated!

Do you have anxiety in general, or more specifically medical anxiety? I can understand how you feel, as i have severe medical anxiety and would feel the same. CBT or sometimes EMDF would help in those circumstances.

HI

I am exactly the same have the same issues and our brains build even more fear!

Health anxiety is the hardest to conquer and it makes your feel rubbish! I try to not let it rule my life but it does, all I do is tell myself I can beat this, keep talking to others, if you want to swap numbers let me know!

Please double check with your doctor. It sounds like it could be totally benign. I have had supraventricular tachycardia cardiac for many decades. Alcohol, caffeine, and sugar make it more noticeable. I suspect you will have no worries about this condition, once you check with your cardiologist.

Good luck!
