setting up Kardia Mobile 6L

hello

I have just bought a Kardia Mobile 6L and I am trying to set it up. I am being asked for a code which I don’t have. I have contacted Alivecor on their UK 800 number and it’s wrong.

Does anyone have experience setting it up without signing to a £99/year membership on top of the device price?

Close to sending gadget back🙁
