Had trapped nerve in my left shoulder for 2 days then ended up in a&e from the doctors because couldn't breath properly arm was numb and pains across chest long story short troponin came back fine did tell my doc it was maybe coming from trapped nerve left with codine woke up last night with bad chest pain took gtn spray went back to sleep eventually so trapped nerve must have been causing chest pain got numb finger this morning it feels like I'm getting knocked down every time I'm trying to get my head together and not worry about heart attack anymore so so fed up very emotional now ppffftttt

sounds miserable. Trapped nerves around shoulder and neck can cause numbness but always better to get it checked if chest pain involved. Massage,, heat, pain relief and consider physio/ chiropractor if it persists. Hope it gets better soon. Take care 🦊x
