light headed after cardioversion

I had cardioversion 2 days ago which put me back into sinus rhythm. This will be my 3rd one. I usually feel great afterwards but this time I still feel light headed and tired. I did some light exercise today and heart rate raised to 140 which is high for me. Has anyone else had this?

Hi, are you sure you're still In sinus rhythm. after cardioversion a few months ago mine only lasted 24 hours, The one before that lasted a year, these I have done privately as for some reason the national health refused to do any more after the second one, i use a kardia mobile Connected to my phone it is very accurate, if you are in AF It will let you know, I hope it is just a blip and you're back in sinus rhythm, regards Ted.

Thank you for your reply. yes definitely still sinus rhythm I have been monitoring it on my Apple Watch. Just don’t feel quite as well as I have done previously. Think I’ll take it easy for a few more days see how it goes. Thank you
