Hi everyone

I had my quadruple bypass back at the end of June. I did extremely well with recovery and suffered no setbacks. Now coming up to 9 months post surgery. I’m just wondering what changes people made to their diet and lifestyle following their surgery? We had/have a healthy diet anyway but would be interested to hear what other people added or removed?

Hope you are all doing well? ❤️

I’m at 9 months post OHS, we’ve cut down on alcohol and we are eating more fish and vegetables which seems to have benefitted both of us.

I’m taking a bit more exercise through doing a park run weekly which I never did before. I’ve also carried on with a follow up to the cardiac rehab classes which is similar exercises. Possibly a bit of a ‘luxury’ as I could do something similar at home but there is the social aspect as well.
