I wanted to share something with this lovely community for those of us with sleep problems.I've spoken with my GP pharmacist about this a couple of time's and he has referred me to Sleep Station, reading the information on the website pages there's lots of really good articles and help available for those who have on going sleep problems.

Might be worth a look I've not had an appointment yet.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing.

I did the sleep station (ST) course which I paid for as it isn't funded by my local health authority. It is an online course supported by sleep coaches. You keep a sleep diary and complete a questionnaire at the end of each week. ST make recommendations on how to improve your sleep quality and at the end of the course they can send your GP a report. My sleep improved a little & my GP ruled out sleep apnea. My GP has referred me to a sleep clinic for further investigation. I find going on a daily walk and gardening helps. All the best.

Thank you for the info. I do walk each day, don't have a garden firm believer in fresh air😊
