Hi,Has anyone had a tattoo post HA? If so, was the fact that you took aspirin and issue?

I'm plucking up the courage to have my first (just a small one), but maybe it's not encouraged if you are on blood thinners?

Thanks

I had fancied having a small tattoo for years but could never decide on a design. I was diagnosed with parox.Afb. and put on cocktail of meds some 12 years ago and at some point the subject of tattoos came up. Not a good idea in my case as I am on Warfarin and apart from the risk of excessive bleeding I am sure it was mentioned that the design may not turn out as clear or crisp as the ink could 'run' more under the skin than normal? Can't remember if this was advice from medical or tattoo sector of maybe a combination of both?I suppose it's a case of 'You pays your money etc.'

But if you do decide to go ahead can we see the results please.😊
