Recently diagnosed, no advice from gp, waiting for consultant appointment. I normally go to the gym 6x a week, is this OK? I am reading that I should rest...

Hi. I would take the letting stating you should rest to mean not going to the gym 6x week myself. Perhaps you could ring the BHF helpline phone number and discuss the findings and the letter with a specialised cardiac nurse here and they may be able to help make sense of things for the time being.0808 802 1234 is the phone number
