aching leg

[Stent2024]

hi I’m 3 weeks post stent and occasional being woken up early hours of the morning with aching in my lower left leg . Anyone else had this ? Thought it might be side effect to statin , but weird that it’s only 1 leg ?

Even though it is just in one leg it could be the statins causing it but I would talk with your GP it could be something else that is making your leg hurt

I spoke to cardiac nurse . She thinks it’s the meds

You will have to see how you get on if it gets to much maybe your Doctor will be able to change them for something else
