Update! Had NSTEMI in November and no blockages on Angiogram..Coronary Artery Spasm likely culprit was told. Saw cardiologist on Tuesday who reviewed all tests and said LAD has slight atheroma so more likely to have been a blockage that cleared before Angiogram was done..probably thanks to rapid arrival of paramedics. Lucky girl! Breathless has persisted since so he stopped Ticagrelor and gave me Clopidgrelor? ..What a difference! Feel almost normal !! 😁 Enjoyed my walk in the cold clear day with no stops to catch my breath!!
Hang in there heart warriors!!

Glad to hear you have some clarification of why you had your heart attack.
Have you been prescribed any medication to help prevent any further coronary vasospasms?
As well as calcium channel blockers and nitrates, I am on clopidogrel for life and a statin to help prevent a small piece of plaque being dislodged by my frequent episodes of coronary vasospasms.
Hi , hope you are still doing well on the Clopidogrel.. ? im very similar, NSTEMI in April, Angiogram clear with a possible LAD to keep an eye on..been suffering side effects from some of the meds, final issue I am aiming to sort is to get swapped from Ticagrelor to Clopidogrel as my rehab nurse said that is the most likely cause of breathlessness..I also seem to struggle to breath through my nose at times which makes it worse, also sweat more than I used to... Awaiting call back from GP as I type this to see what they reckon..
I only had 3 months on Clopidgrelor..just on aspirin now. Completed 12 week rehab which really got me back to normal! so just keeping up the exercise and trying to lose weight! Good luck to you 👍🏻😊🏴
