Hi, had some tests done due to the following symptoms and having pace n ablate 2 years ago for Wolff parkinson white syndrome :Out of breath

Dizzy spells

Bloated around abdomen

Fatigued no energy

Cough, mainly wet

sweating

Weak legs

Cold hands

Difficulty regulating body temperature.

Wheezing

Pain in chest, feels heavy.

No energy, loss of interest and enthusiasm.

Always tired

Confusion and difficulty concentrating

Generally run down and suffering most days, been a long journey since my pace n ablate recent tests show

Echocardiogram done last week shows left ventricular systolic dysfunction with a EF 40%, decrease of 10% since last echo in 2022

BNP 1199

Current meds propanolol

Results sent to cardiologist but God knows how long I will have to wait to see him and get his thoughts.

From what I see all this could be HF related? Obviously not taking anything on board until I see cardiologist but be interesting what others on here think? I'm 52 yrs old

Many thanks

Sending a hug 🤗 & if you know your consultants name then maybe give his secretary a call to see if your appointment could be brought forward as you feel so ill & keep getting I touch. Perhaps in the meantime approach your Gp & ask if maybe a diuretic could be a possibility if you’re not already prescribed one in view of the bloating, wheezing, wet cough etc - hope you get sorted soon x
