I had a heart attack in 2021, and a stent fitted. As with us all I was put in a cocktail of drugs - 6 in all and I have taken these every day since.
Since my HA I have had erection problems, maintaining it is now seemingly impossible. I’m only 59 and wish to continue to have a sex life but this is now getting me, and I would guess my partner, feeling down.
I know I should be just grateful to still be here but I want to live as full a life as possible. I have no pain, and have no issues since my HA other than this.
Has anyone else experienced this and managed to find a way through.
Apologies for the embarrassing nature of this post.

I suggest you talk to your GP. One or more of you meds may be causing the problem, and may be able to be swapped out for something else, or you could be prescribed something to help you regarding your ED.
You are not the first or will be the last to post something of this nature as quite a few find they ave this problem which usually comes down to the medications they are taking
So I agree with Lowerfield_no_more go and speak with your Doctor they will be able to help to resolve this x
There’s nothing to be embarrassed about, sometimes these things happen for many different reasons. I would like to applaud you for being brave enough to reach out for support rather than suffering in silence.
Not medical advice, opinions and suggestions only. Bisoprolol is a type of beta blocker, so its more likely to cause ED, you had a heart attack, you would need a spect or PET scan to perform a Myocardial Perfusion Imaging test to see how much of the heart muscle is still receiving an adequate blood flow, that will impact your bed time ability, it could also be the medicines.
Why not go back to your GP or cardiologist and see if you are suitable to take Viagra or Cialis ?
