Should i be concerned

Hello, i am a 21 year old female, not really the thinnest or healthiest, but am trying to improve this. Over the past few days i have had on and off pain in the right side of my jaw.. And some weird pain in my right shoulder that went to my arm then across to my left arm, although it hasnt been as bad today, but my chest feels like something us putting pressure on it, and when i turn my upper body i get this squeezing sensation. Im worried that this might have something to do with a heart attack as i have read these are some of the symptoms in women. Thanks in advance

I had a very bad heart attack, the drs kept saying I was constipated!!!!!
