Good morning all,
I have a couple of questions and hoped you guys might have some reassuring answers.
I am three months on from my HA and generally feeling quite well and happy to be here! I have a few niggling issues and think I will speak to GP about them but thought I’d ask you guys if you have had any experience with similar issues before opening a can of worms(or worry)
I have been as active as I can be rehab, classes and walking loads but notice my legs ache I describe it as having flu aches but no flu. It tends to be worse if I’ve sat down for a while or getting up in the morning and it takes a while to ease. I thought it was from inactivity to doing exercising more but it doesn’t seem to be going. I know statins can cause this but it does cause anxiety thinking about messing with my medication again!
The other thing I have going on is numbness in my right hand and wrist. Like pins and needles this happens regularly and I can’t see a pattern for it.
The last thing which doesn’t seem to be easing and I have mentioned this to my GP is the muscle pain in my left arm, the place I had pain during my HA I can put my fingers on the pain and feel exact place it hurts. Did anybody else experience this and does it go away eventually as my GP suggests?
Thanks for listening to my Monday moans. 🤦♀️
