you should be having (or on the waiting list for) cardiac rehab where it’s all explained. From my memory of what happened in my family, It’s very much dependent on how much exercise etc you were taking beforehand, so it could be that posters here would not have the same experiences as you.
Here’s what the NHS says:
“Your hospital team can usually advise you about how long it will take to recover and if there are any activities you need to avoid in the meantime.
In most cases, you'll be advised to avoid heavy lifting and strenuous activities for about a week, or until the wound has healed.
Driving
You shouldn't drive a car for a week after having a coronary angioplasty.”
The British Heart Foundation would be the best option to talk you through it, I’d have thought.
