Artery ‘flaring’

Does anyone know what this means, please? ‘Right coronary artery is flaring.’ It’s on a letter from my consultant following a microvascular and angiography study.

I am not 100% sure but I think it could mean there is some kind of plaque in that artery maybe only just starting I am not sure

I would ask your Doctor if they can explain it to you as they should have a copy of the letter to
