weird rythm

hi I keep getting these weird rythms and wondered if this down ward slop is normal I can’t show the whole ECG and yes I know not the most reliable as from Apple Watch not all I had at the time whlst feeling it

Although we are not allowed to interpret ECGs, it might be worthwhile noting that Apple Watches can be sensitive to movement or any other type of “noise” as I have one myself. However, you’re right to be worried, especially if you’re symptomatic. It would be a good idea to make an appointment with your GP tomorrow. It may also be wise to check your heart rate during these dips and your BP after every episode and keep a note of it which will help determine if there is something more sinister going on.

I could feel it and it was weird and lasted about 5 mins thanks for reply I’ll chase GP tomorrow
