Breathless and erratic heart rate

Hi I am 61 and have heart failure I am on a lot of meds bisoprolol 10mg,ramipril 10mg,spiralactone25mg,isosorbide mononitrate +gtn when needed I am breathless no matter what I do I was wondering if there was anything else I should be doing I also have various illnesses diagnosed. I have to go for a monitoring service appointment any one know what this is? Tia

Have you told your cardiologist about your breathlessness?? Could be anything but best to rule out anything serious x

Do you also have low iron or feritan ir low hemocrite????? Low b12?? These issues can affect things what about low vitamin d??
