Chest Twinges 12months after stent fitted.

Had a HA exactly 1 year ago and had a stent fitted but this last two weeks I’m getting chest twinges in the left chest area but it is happening intermittently especially when sat and at rest .

Hi I got twinges to start with, after 1 stent fitted, just over a year ago, but got checked out & I had pulled a muscle, if I were you I would go & see doctor for peace of mind.

If not it will cause you more stress than needed, hopefully you will have done what I did,

I had a stent fitted 9 months ago. I have lots of activity in my chest still from twinges to tightening. I’ve come to the conclusion it’s not cardiac related as it doesn’t make me breathless and I’m exercising and training well. I’m relaxed about it now as it doesn’t get worse on exertion. I’ve recently read up on something called gastro cardiac syndrome as everything stems from the vagus nerve.

always best to seek medical advice in the first instance however.

Thank you for replying nearly everything you say applies to my symptoms and has eased my concerns already.
