does anyone have severe pac heart palpations

I think alot of people on here have that issue myself included. It's a matter of finding out what's causing them and finding what triggers them, I find that stress and anxiety is a major trigger but before I was on medication I was getting them all the time and no idea why and what was the cause and that was very stressful and scary so I understand what your going through. It wasn't until I had many holter monitors that one of them finally picked up ventricular Tachycardia two years ago and now I'm on verapamil 40mg x2 because it was making me feel light headed aswell. Have you been feeling light headed or having any other symptoms aswell??. Maybe go to the doctors and see if they can refer you to cardiologist if necessary.
