I was diagnosed with moderate/severe LV failure earlier this year.
I'm now taking 7.5mg bisoprolol, with entrestol 24/26, dapaglyflozine and eplerenone, and been on these doses for about 6 weeks.
Although my BP and heartrate has been brought down very well by the heart meds, it's a struggle to keep my eyes open, and I feel like I'm carrying a rucsac filled with bricks around. all the time.
I have longstanding diagnoses of polymyositis and UCTD, for which I take steroids and HCQ, so I am very used to chronic fatigue and weakness, but I'm now so burnt out feeling it barely seems worth getting out of bed at all.
Any thoughts on avenues to explore (eg medication options?) when next I see my cardiology nurse/other clinician? Thank you.

It’s not easy. I’m often told it’s a fight. Yet it’s the getting out of bed is so important to get some movement. You are not going for the Olympics so perhaps a few more steroids in later life. Are you getting B12 and vitamin D.
I am sorry you are feeling this way it sounds like how you are feeling maybe due to the meds you are on or at least they are contributing I know the meds I take make me feel so tired upset my stomach yet I know I need them so I keep taking them and trying as hard as I can to deal with the side effects
I would suggest when you have your appointment tell them exactly what you have said in your post
