First you said it's been going on for days, now it's months.

Your GP doesn't care? How do you know they don't care? Have you talked to them? No GP would ignore what you are describing.

Your symptoms are serious. Get help before it's too late. You need immediate attention.

Sorry, don't look for answers on the web Either take a taxi or get a lift to A&E or dial 999. Do it NOW!

Like the original poster, you are describing symptoms that should not be ignored.

If you have been to A&E or your GP, they would be giving you a full set of tests. A&E do it all the time. Go to your GP and tell them your concerns. A&E may or may not report back to your GP, but in any case, the GP will explain their findings.

Had an angiogram and also ecko gram ct scan on my head and even had my ears saringed no one can seem to find what’s causing it all which in itself is very scary indeed

In some ways it's good because they are well practiced in looking for major problems. What you must do, is talk to your GP and let them know that this is scaring you. Anyone would be scared.

Don't allow this to go on for too long

It's your health and you've every right to keep asking questions until you get a straight answer.

Most of the time people worry about things they haven't got.

The original poster said the GP didn't care. It's a two way business and they are only humans as well.

If you lose the relationship with them, difficult, then it gets difficult.

Good luck and I hope it turns out well.

What you are describing does sound like an emergency situation, were it me I would go to A&E now to ask for help.

Take a bottle of water, a sandwich/some fruit and a book with you if you feel well enough to think about preparing for a wait.

But do go or at the very least phone 111.

Sounds like a call to 999 is needed.

Hi Chloevi,

Thanks for writing. The dizziness is scary, and your blackouts sound even worse. What can I say except that we must all try to cheer up - if only a bit- and that it is good to know that one is not alone.

warm best

Tavistuck

Think you better get to A & E if you have someone to take you, or call an ambulance don't wait

you need to go to a&e!! Never mind 111, I’ve never found that to be useful. You may well be having heart attack and my 1st aid training says ambulance

Definitely A&E, they would sort it out for you and at least put your mind at rest somewhat. Do it NOW.

maybe obvious but in this warm weather could it be you’re dehydrating. It happened to me once!

How are you today? If you still feel the same contact 111 immediately. Next time it happens phone for an ambulance.

Not what you're looking for?
