How high is high?
Hi Granny E I think your question is referring to my levels of my blood pressure. In this case it is 160/85 to 180/95.
Yes that is a bit high. There are other bp pills. Have you tried cutting out salt and lowering sugar and simple carb intake? Deep breathing. Thinking happy thoughts. Essential oil of lavender for relaxation?
