Angina after bypass surgery.

I had bypass surgery 7 weeks ago. When I returned home I walked everyday as directed without any issues for the first 4 weeks. Last week I began to get what can only be described as a heavy dull ache in my left arm when I walked. This ache is exactly the same as what I got prior to surgery and was told then it was a classic symptom of angina. The ache now is worse than before and lasts longer where as before it stopped as soon as I stopped walking. I have spoken on the phone to my surgeon who said that it could not be heart related and is probably as a result of how arms and shoulders are manipulated during surgery. This ache is not the same is the aches and pains I know are related to the surgery such as the aching shoulders etc. This ache is confined to my left arm and occurs when I move but is more severe than before surgery. Has anyone lease has a similar experience and if so did it resolve and what advice were you given?

Thank you. I understand the explanation, what doesn’t make sense is that it happens at the same time as the angina did and only when walking or exercise And the pain is exactly the same. But I have my first review this week and will check again with the surgeon. Again many thanks.
