pacemaker site feeling warm under the skin

Every so often I get a very hot sensation around where my pm is , there’s no swelling g or redness but feels so warm under the skin . Just wondered if anyone else ever gets this too ? I’ve had my pm since 2020 so haven’t had any recent procedures . Thank you

hi Wes tie my pacemaker is slightly uncomfortable, it has moved I now can feel the wires through my skin and the pacemaker protrudes in my armpit, I get an itchy warm feeling under the skin and it gets uncomfortable when it gets caught under my bra strap,not got the courage to go back, don’t want to go through that again, he couldn’t get it in and struggled the first time and I was in the theatre ages, even the next time I saw the nurse she commented on how difficult it was and she felt sorry for me !!!!!😳
