Hi all,

I would just like to thank everyone who has answered by post titled.... 'Heart Meds...Stomach problems...anyone else?' Please accept this post as a 'blanket' Thank You. You have all given me plenty to think about and digest regards the medication I'm on etc. It seems that stomach problems and heart medication goes hand in hand for many, many people but at least forums like this can help greatly to get the answers we all need! hi there. When they doubled my Entresto I had started having diarrhea after ten days. I had it for a month and it got steadily worse. Went to emergency department at hospital. Was in for ten days, had colonoscopy (clear) and eight days was nil by mouth just drips. They changed my PPI tablet (that is to protect my stomach from the medications) twice but in the end put me on a different protective medication and I have been fine ever since. Hope this helps.
