Will a Chest X-ray show any devices or surgery equipment left in the body when looked at?

You few words to your post are very haunting, but to answer it, then yes a trained radiographer will be able to tell anything " out of place " with your X-ray .

You can always voice your concerns to them { they are human } and see if they ca help with your worries.
