Just thought I would ask..... About 5 weeks ago I noticed (particularly after eating) my heart feeling 'sluggish'. What I call 'mud for blood' - I used to get it often when I came out from open heart surgery in 2017, (two patches and a stent fitted). However it faded away over the course of a year and after I returned to work.
However it has come back and got worse. I could hardly get home form work last week and was at the emergency doctors one evening. Nauseous and breathless.
My doctor is aware but not too worried as yet. But is is debilitating and the only good days I have are if I don't lift a finger and eat smaller meals.
The only change I can point to is an increase in Rampril from 1.25g to 2.50mg which I started taking approx. 2 weeks before the churny symptoms started.
Anyone any ideas?

Hi there and thanks for the reply. BP is in the green about 111 over 79 but I am used to it being just in the orange (I'm using the NUS guide.) Heart rate usually 62 ish.
