After my hubby's yearly check, he is doing ok. BP good and colesterol 5.2.
BUT hes had a few times found it difficult to get a full breath, strangely stretching up at the fireplace. This is where I am confused as the nurse said she thinks one of his stents has "imploded"?
I've never heard the term, has anyone?

The term imploded tends to mean collapsed or split but I have never heard this term used about stents. It sounds like you need to check this out with your GP as what is actually happening and what "The nurse thinks" may be different. Nurses do not usually have that area of expertise.
Hubby has brain damage and refractive epilepsy so he tends to over enphasise, worry etc. He's going to GP so think I better go with him. Thanks.
Dear You,
So sorry to hear about your husband and the worry it is causing your both.
Even my Heart Nurse would not be able to tell if any stents have collapsed { they tend to block } it would take a scan of some type to see what is happening in there.
But something is happening with his breathing and it is important that is looked into, it maybe down to his medication as I have to be very careful when rising or I will go over like a limp fish.
Personally I would have thought if anything had happened to any of his stents that the problem would be more permanent, but that is just my opinion .
Take care and please keep us informed, regards to hubby
